Nature is our teacher and in the outdoors we find the most valuable resources to learn more about ourselves and our functioning as a group.
Whether you chose to do a thematic landart project, build a tepee, a fun and ambitious communication task, no matter on what topic your chose your programme on, there’s something valuable to discover for all team members.
Together in your group and with the support of our coaches you elaborate an action plan for your team task, discuss it, find agreement and proceed to put the plan in practice. Each step is coached and monitored by our coaches.

Availability: Tailor-made team building events can be organised daily regardless of location (depending on content and focus also in the winter season).
Group size: Maximum group size to be defined depending on programme and aim of your event.
Requirements: The programmes are designed in such a way that they are attainable for all participants. Basic fitness is of advantage.
Bring along: Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather (incl. sun protection and raingear). Depending on your programme, your hiking boots, backpack, drinks, sleeping bag etc.
